In the process of producing microfiber towels, quality control runs through every link. Starting from the storage of raw materials, quality inspectors will strictly inspect the microfiber raw materials, using professional instruments to detect fiber diameter, strength, water absorption and other indicators. Only raw materials that meet the standards can enter the production line. During the production process, intelligent monitoring equipment monitors the spinning, weaving, dyeing and other processes in real time. Once abnormal conditions such as yarn breakage and uneven dyeing are found, the system will automatically shut down immediately, and technicians will quickly intervene to ensure the stability and consistency of the production process.
After the microfiber towel is woven, it must go through multiple post-processing processes, and each process has corresponding quality inspection standards. For example, after the soft finishing process is completed, the feel and fluffiness of the towel need to be tested; after the antibacterial treatment, its antibacterial properties need to be tested. In the finished product stage, the factory adopts a combination of sampling and full inspection. In addition to checking the appearance defects of the towel, such as holes and uneven terry, physical performance tests will also be carried out, including wear resistance, water absorption, color fastness, etc., to simulate the actual user usage scenario to ensure that the product can still maintain good performance after multiple washings. Only microfiber towels that have passed all quality tests can be labeled as qualified, packaged and shipped out of the factory to meet the needs of consumers with high quality.
